So I'm working away happily, listening to the Braves hand the Cubs a beating (so far, so good - 7th inning and the score is 3-0) got up to stretch my back and get a nice detail shot of Ms.Cod, and I noticed that Big J looks absolutely smitten! What chu think?

well we won't discuss the outcome of the ballgame. for me the wrong team won (GO CUBS... GO TRIBE. SCREW THE YANKEES.)
Now about ribs and wings.. I think a whole lot of it is:
a. "playing with the food"...
b. the sauce.
Besides MY ribs dont' have a lot of fat on them. So it's just playing with meat on the bone. Kind of the reason people eat crab and lobster, too.
