Cascade Magic
I worked on this piece until I thought it was done, then I attacked it with Cascade and the centers of each segment, which had been lime green hand-dyes, got overcooked and wiped out so I cut some of my favorite motifs from my flibberty-gibbets basket and appliqued them over the white holes. Then I spent the whole evening sewing on pearls and beads...which I later picked all off. I just can't get the hang of garnishing. Karma approves and I fear that I may go back and do the same to many of the Rothko Puppies series. Just need to know when to leave well enough alone.
